Beyonce's Trainer Reveals Her Vegan Diet, Workout And Weight Loss Secrets

"Her favorite flavors are Peanut Chocolate-Chip Nirvana, Cherry Chocolate Bliss and Pineapple Chocolate-Chip Wonder," he read more said. Borges said Beyonce is a workout fanatic who usually exercises with Jay-Z, doing a combination of cardio exercise, body-weight squats, lunges, sprint intervals and plyometric exercises.
